Why do I emphasize that it is Spanish? Because there are many types of olive trees, there is Italian olive trees for example, but ours, due to the climatic conditions, is special, it is an olive tree with many more veins, more knots, more pattern and much more twisted.

It is an olive tree with a lot of character and that identifies us.

By the way, olive has a special, fruity smell. It's really amazing, and this board smells like olives. When you have it in your hands, smell it and tell me what you think.

My pieces are for food, display or decoration purposes . The mineral oil and beeswax finish is completely suitable for food use, if applicable. Hand wash and dry, they need to be moisturized from time to time with oil.

Each piece sits proudly on the Nudo seal that is burned into the base, as a signature and seal of authenticity.
