Shipping policy
So easy and fast, to sum up:
- The available stock is what you see, unique pieces, handmade, when 1 is sold it is sold out and will never be available again
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically during purchase, depending on size and weight
- Delivery time 48/72h from the next business day at the time of purchase. International shipping from 4-22 days
- At the time of shipping you will be sent a tracking number
- You can change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped
- You can also cancel the shipment, before it has been shipped. If it has already been shipped, you can reject it upon delivery
- We send the order where you tell us, to your parents, your neighbor or your aunt in the village
Basically that's it, if you want to know a little more I will explain it to you in detail below
1. General
All items are made in a unique and handcrafted way. There are no two units of the same product because the very nature of the wood prevents it. What you see is what you get, so if it's available, it's in stock. If it's out of stock, it won't be back. That's what happens when you work with your hands and not in a factory that produces 2,000 identical vases.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items. It will be automatically added to the order during the purchase process.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 Domestic transit time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 48/72h.
4.2 International transit time
In general, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 to 22 days. This varies depending on the destination, in this case the distance between Spain and the destination as well as whether it is a capital, city or town.
4.3 Preparation time
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment of the order.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.
In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For requests to change the delivery address, we can change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
4.5 Shipping to PO Boxes
I do not ship to PO Boxes. Nor will the courier offer delivery to these PO Boxes.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
I also do not offer shipping to military addresses.
4.7 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will never be available again. Shapes can be replicated, wood cannot.
4.8 Overdue Delivery Time
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation into the delay.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
by the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact the courier's Customer Service.
7. Duties and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the items as shown on the website.
7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country by the buyer. This varies by country and we ask that you check these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of the order, the goods will be returned to tfctienda at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order

9. Insurance
Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for package damaged in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for package lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deems the package lost.
