Shipping policy
So easy and fast, to sum up:
- The available stock is what you see, unique pieces, handmade, when 1 is sold it is sold out and will never be available again.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, depending on size and weight.
- Delivery time 48/72h from the next business day after purchase. International shipping 4-22 days
- A tracking number will be sent to you at the time of shipment.
- You can change the shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
- You can also cancel the shipment before it has been sent. If it has already been sent, you can reject it upon delivery.
- We send the order wherever you tell us, to your parents, your neighbor or your aunt in the village.

1. General
All items are uniquely and handcrafted. No two units of the same product are the same because the very nature of the wood prevents this. What you see is what you get, so if it is available it is in stock. If it is out of stock, it will not be available again. That is what happens when you work with your hands and not in a factory that produces 2,000 identical vases.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items. They will be automatically added to the order during the purchase process.
4. Terms of delivery
4.1 National transit time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 48/72 hours.
4.2 International transit time
In general, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 to 22 days. This varies depending on the destination, in this case the distance between Spain and the destination as well as whether it is a capital, city or town.
4.3 Preparation time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed.

4.4 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
4.5 Shipping to PO Boxes
I do not ship to PO Boxes. The courier will not offer delivery to these PO Boxes either.
4.6 Military Address Submission
I also do not offer shipping to military addresses.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, it will never be available again. Shapes can be replicated, wood cannot.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
5. Follow-up notifications
After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made.

6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the
