Yakisugi Finish: This is an ancient Japanese technique for preserving wood by charring it. It is burned, brushed, washed, and finally moisturized with oil. Due to the fire, cracks may appear; when the piece cools, the cracks stabilize and will never worsen.

A fine, lightweight piece with a minimalist, modern style. You know, pieces of art, that can be worn, if you want.
