This is a technique in which wood is dyed with a natural mixture of vinegar, black tea and steel wool. It is not a dye, thanks to this liquid a chemical reaction occurs in the tannins present in the wood and this causes it to change to a dark color.

My pieces are for food, display or decoration purposes . The finish with coconut oil and beeswax is completely suitable for food use, if applicable. Hand wash and dry, they need to be moisturized from time to time with coconut oil.

Each piece sits proudly on the Nudo seal that is burned into the base, as a signature and seal of authenticity.
